We typically ship your order within 2-4 business days and the Postal service normally takes 5-7 business days for delivery!

If you need to change/cancel your order, we totally understand! However, we need to be contacted immediately. You can email us at customerservice@jazcosmetics.com. Once our fulfillment team processes your order (usually within 24-48hrs), we, unfortunately, are not able to make any changes to your order.
