- How do I know what colors/shades to choose?
We have included descriptions of shades and undertones for each product - this is a great resource for choosing your perfect color! If you have any questions or hesitations when choosing your color, you can always reach out and we will do our very best to help you.
- Are your products clean?
Yes! We take pride in choosing products that are top notch. All of our products are made in the United States. Also, all of our products are cruelty free, gluten free, vegan, and organic. Paraben Free
- Do you have a list of ingredients?
Yes! You can find key ingredients in each product description. If you have further questions, feel free to email us at customerservice@jazcosmetics.com
ORDERING
- I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change/cancel your order we totally understand! However, we need to be contacted immediately. You can email us at customerservice@jazcosmetics.com. Once our fulfillment team hits “process” (usually within 24-48hrs) we unfortunately are not able to make any changes to your order.
- How do I know my order went through?
You will receive an email confirmation from us once your order is placed.
PAYMENT
- What payment options are available?
We take any of the major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and ShopPay.
- "What is ShopPay"
ShopPay is Shopify's payment portal. If you want a faster checkout, you can enable ShopPay by entering your phone number and payment information. Once you have done this one time, checking out with ShopPay is super fast and easy.
RETURNS
Thank you for understanding that all cosmetics are final sale products. However, your ultimate satisfaction is our highest priority. If you receive a product that you are not satisfied with, please reach out to us at customerservice@jazcosmetics.com and we will do our best to make it right.
